Independent desktop research tool
Understand your channel.
Plan your next idea.
YouTube Research Studio helps an app operator research public videos and explore performance reports for channels whose owners have granted access.
Explore public content
Find videos, review channel information, and organize research using YouTube API Services.
Read channel reports
With the owner's permission, review views, watch time, audience information, and other available non-revenue reports.
Choose what to connect
Authorize one channel at a time on Google's website. You can remove the app's access from your Google Account.
Received a connection invitation?
Open the private link sent by the app operator. Google will ask you to choose your account or channel and approve read-only YouTube access. This connection does not request Gmail access, revenue reports, or permission to upload, edit, or delete videos.
Your selected channel's data becomes available to the person operating the desktop app. Optional AI analysis is controlled separately by that operator. Read the privacy policy for storage, sharing, and removal details before connecting.
